By clicking the 'Apply Now' button or otherwise submitting your recruitment application to ONEAPP Sp. z o.o. (a.k.a the Employer and the Data Controller) you agree to have all personal data in your recruitment application processed for your recruitment for the position specified in the opening.
If you want OneApp to retain your CV in the database, supplement its text with the following disclaimer:
“I hereby grant my consent to the processing of the personal data from this recruitment application by ONEAPP Sp. z o.o. for the purposes related to future recruitment”.

OneApp will process your personal data specified in the Polish Labor Code and other secondary legislation (and according to the requirements for the opening) in strict compliance with applicable laws. The submission of your personal data is required to process your recruitment application. All other personal data (including your likeness) will be processed only on your voluntary consent you have granted by submitting your recruitment application. The submission of that personal data has no effect on your eligibility for the recruitment process.
OneApp may also process the personal data you have provided in your recruitment application to determine, pursue or indemnify against claims related to the recruitment process managed by OneApp. For the foregoing purposes, OneApp will process your personal data based on OneApp's legitimate interests in the determination, pursuit or indemnification against claims lodged before courts or authorities.
You have the right to access, copy, amend, request deletion and restrict processing of your data, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to object to the transfer of the personal data (to the processing of which you have consented) to another Data Controller. You can also lodge a complaint related to the processing of your personal data with the General Personal Data Protection Officer (and, in the future: the Chairman of the Polish Supervisory Authority). The revocation of your consent will not invalidate the legal compliance of the personal data processing which has already been completed.
OneApp will process your personal data for 5 months for the purpose of recruitment for the position indicated in the opening; if you agreed to apply for future openings, the personal data will be processed for 3 years. OneApp may retain your personal data for 1 year to determine, pursue or indemnify against claims related to the recruitment process.
OneApp may transfer your personal data to the job opening publishing providers, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers (who provide, among others, site hosting), and other IT service providers.
OneApp will not release your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). You have the right to request OneApp to provide you with a copy of current Corporate Regulations and Standard Contract Clauses.
