THE PROBLEM
The problem of providing hotel guest services had been designed in a very template-like manner, preventing the project owner from fully capitalizing on the Bukovina resort's values. The main pain points involved hotel guest traffic management and on-site shop sales management.
THE SOLUTION
NPS and sales revenue were boosted by designing and developing a simple tool to support an interactive booking process and stay management at the Bukovina resort by the guests.
